Read the product page and supplied guidance before first use. Confirm the tool is suitable for the intended temperature, appliance, ingredients, and task. Do not assume that every product is oven-safe, microwave-safe, freezer-safe, dishwasher-safe, or safe for direct flame.
Heat and handling safety
Use suitable heat protection around hot pans, molds, racks, and utensils. Keep handles clear of heat sources, place hot items on heat-resistant surfaces, and keep sharp tools and small components away from children.
Before food contact
Wash food-contact items as directed before use. Inspect for damage, loose pieces, cracks, peeling, unusual odors, or deformation, and discontinue use if the product appears unsafe.
Cleaning and storage
Allow tools to cool before cleaning. Follow the material-specific method, dry thoroughly, and store away from excessive heat, moisture, and sharp objects. Avoid abrasives or harsh chemicals unless expressly approved.
Product concerns
Report a suspected manufacturing defect with proof of purchase and clear photos or video. Normal wear, staining, scratches, discoloration, accidental damage, overheating, misuse, improper cleaning, modification, or unauthorized repair are not manufacturing defects.
Possible remedies
After assessment, we may provide troubleshooting, a replacement component, replacement goods, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
