Order preparation
Most paid orders are prepared within one to three business days. Inventory checks, payment review, protective packing, peak periods, or public holidays may require additional time.
Shipping charges
For supported destinations, Fast shipping costs $5.99 USD when the eligible order subtotal is from $0.00 through $44.99 USD. Free shipping applies to eligible subtotals of $45.00 USD or more. Checkout displays the controlling option for the selected destination.
Delivery timing
Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier capacity, customs procedures, severe weather, local disruption, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking and inspection
Tracking is supplied when available. Customers should verify the delivery information entered at checkout and inspect the parcel promptly, including any nested or bundled components.
International costs
Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and similar destination fees may apply. Unless checkout expressly includes them, the recipient is responsible for these costs.
Delivery concerns
For delay, loss, visible damage, missing components, or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and provide the order number, tracking information, and clear photographs. We will review the evidence and determine an appropriate next step.
