Agreement and eligibility
Using this site or submitting an order means accepting these terms and the linked policies. Customers must have legal capacity to transact and provide accurate account, payment, and delivery information.
Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to present baking-tool materials, sizes, capacities, included pieces, colors, and intended uses accurately. Screen rendering, measurement methods, flexible materials, finishes, and production batches may cause reasonable variation.
Kitchen-use limits
Oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, food-contact, and temperature suitability apply only when expressly stated for the product. Customers must follow the item-specific instructions, recipe requirements, appliance guidance, and safe food-handling practices.
Order acceptance
An automatic confirmation records receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit, decline, or cancel because of availability, pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or delivery limitation. Captured amounts for canceled goods will be returned.
Website conduct
Users must not introduce harmful code, defeat security, impersonate others, abuse checkout, interfere with operations, extract protected content without permission, or use the service unlawfully.
Independent services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked websites operate under their own terms and availability. Elvarot does not control independent third-party services.
Liability and statutory rights
Within limits permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Operator and severability
The store is operated by Chongqing Bozhitong Technology Co., Ltd.. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
